From the mountainous Oaxaca region in Mexico comes Paranubes Rum, made by wild fermenting the fresh-pressed juice of sugarcane, grown without pesticides or fertilisers in the rich soil of master distiller Jose Luis Carrera’s farm. This unique rum is more than suitable to sip on the rocks, but try it in a Daiquiri for something special. Silky smooth, with delicate notes of mint and apricot, fresh cane juice and pure sugar sweetness, underpinned by slightly grassy flavours.
